There was a nice turnout today to welcome the Twisted Vine to downtown Papillion. Many people came including Mayor David Black. The Twisted Vine name has two meanings as the the business has two parts. One is a retail store that sells fine items for decorating the home or office. The other is a painting party and event venue great for art classes, birthday parties for adults and children and more
