Please tell me a little about yourself.

I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 30 years.

When did you start?

I started in 1993.

Wow.

It’s been a long time.

How did you get into the restaurant business?

How did I get into it? I got into it when I first coming to the United States. I started to do dishes, wash dishes and cut chicken and all kind of stuff like that.

And started doing business

What city did you come to when you came the US?

New York

Nebraska?

When I come to Nebraska in 2009, I started a buffet business on 114 and Dodge. I ran the business over there for a little over five years.

I came here 2008.

 I starting business 2009 China Buffet. I run it for five years and my other family take care of the business. Then I open another buffet restaurant in Lincoln on the north side. It’s called Asian Buffet. I started it 2015. Almost ten years.

Then I was looking for another location here in Papillion to start another buffet. I like Papillion. I live in Papillion. I’ve been looking at this area for a long time for the restaurant. Finally, I got it.

What type of items will you have at the buffet?

A lot of stuff. Over 150 items:  fried rice, noodles, chicken, pho, seafood … All different kinds.

Any dim sum items?

No, dim sum takes more time to do.

There’s not too much seafood here in Papillion that will be nice

We will also have a sushi station, a grill area and area for grilling steak.

How many people can it fit here?

About 280. It’s going to huge.
