Papillion Ribbon Cutting: Papillion Community Foundation-27 February

It’s always a great day for a Papillion ribbon cutting but especially so for the folks working behind the scenes to make things great for the city.

It is the grand re-opening of the Papillion Community Foundation and it is scheduled for 27 February at 4PM.
