I had my favorite, the brisket tacos, and tried the jackfruit taco.

There’s a vegan contest going on and our very own Papillion Taco Guy is in it!

THe smoked jackfruit was very good and the surprise was a tasty cashew avocado crema.

My favorite still is the brisket taco. Just the right amount of heavenly sweet meets savory. Neither overpowering each other and in perfect harmony.
