Brittany describes these wonderful dishes:

Pine and Black Bistro’s Sea Bass Entree

This one is our sea bass. It has just a little like blackening seasoning on the sea bass. It has a lemon grass rice, a passion fruit salsa, fresh blueberries with a micro blend of microgreens that are from Flavor Country Farms. And then grilled asparagus on the side.

And then we have our Crying Tiger, which is a marinated flank steak. That’s going to be from Morgan Ranch with the jasmine rice, house made kimchi, cucumbers and then a fiery jaew sauce which is our spicy sauce that I suggest all over the plate, but to each their own.

This were both extremely good but it’s the Sea Bass dish is the one that I’ve been craving…Have to go back…Soon!
