A ribbon cutting was held at 10 AM to welcome the SAC FCU, SAC Federal Credit Union Headquarters to Papillion. It was well attended. Guest speakers included Governor Heineman and Mayor Black of Papillion. Other elected guests included the mayors of Ralston and Plattsmouth.

The new state of the art building uses geothermal energy and was designed by Leo A Daly. It features eight special meeting rooms named after the eight counties that SAC FCU serves. It constructed by MCL Construction and was the result of several years of work with those companies and the city of Papillion.
