Forming relationships with our tenants and connecting with the community surrounding us.
Please tell us about upcoming events at Shadow Lake.
Our Holiday Parade is this Saturday, Nov 22nd at 6pm. It will be our largest parade yet! Santa’s workshop will open on Black Friday and remain open every weekend through Christmas Eve. We also have gingerbread cookie decorating with Santa 4 times this year in December. You can check our Facebook page for dates and times.

No promotions, but new stores coming soon are Ace Hardware, Auntie Annes Pretzels, Prime IV and a new boutique soon to be announced.
How do you determine which events resonate most with the community and are likely to draw the largest turnout?
We love to do family friendly events. This summer for example, we did a glow in the dark foam party in the middle of the mall and it was a huge hit! Hundred of kids and their parents showed up for an unusual event that was once in a lifetime for many. We also love doing our summer concerts. The 2026 lineup has already been scheduled and is going to be better than any we have seen in the past with larger up and coming bands.
How far in advance do you start planning for the holiday season?
We start planning for the holiday season and parade in September. It takes us many months to make sure that the stores are ready, participants are lined up and the mall staff and property is ready.
Are there any new stores that shoppers can look forward to visiting?
Ace Hardware, Prime IV and Auntie Annes Pretzels will be opening at Shadow Lake in 2026, as well as a new boutique and a few others that are in the works.
Do you have any advice for holiday shoppers and event goers?
Enjoy the season! Take your time shopping and in between stores, hop into one of our many restaurants for a drink and an appetizer.
