Papillion Days: Sunday 19 June

Happy Father’s Day!

Don’t miss out on the last day for Papillion Days!

Rise and shine with a delicious pancake breakfast starting at 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on the north library lawn by Boy Scout Troop #463.

Over at Walnut Creek Recreation Area, the Duathlon starts at 8:00 AM and runs until noon. (Pun intended.)

Helicopter rides run at Halleck Park from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Starting at noon dads get free admission to Father’s Day special at Papio Bay when accompanied by a child.

The carnival opens at noon and runs until 6:00 PM.

Vendor booths also open at noon and run until 6:00 PM.

Live performances run from noon to 4:00 PM.

Papillion Days: Saturday Schedule 18 June

Saturday at Papillion Days promises to be a lot of  fun!

Kids’ activities  are sprinked throught the day and include locations of the City Park and the downtown Papillion Fire Station. Have fun with crafts, carnival, food, games, & pony rides, balloon art, face painting and visit with princesses & superheroes.

The Kiddie Parade on N. Adams St. begins at 10:00 AM and is sponsored by the Papillion Junior Women’s Club.

Have fun wih the Duck Paddle race and support the fine work of the Papillion Junior Women’s Club. Purchase your raffle tickets at the PJWC Funnel Cake Booth.

Vendor booths are open from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM at City Park.

Helicopter rides start at 10:00 AM and run until dark at Halleck Park.

The carnival opens at noon and runs until midnight.

The Papillion Days parade, themed “Patriotic Papillion,” begins at 2:00 PM. The parade will proceed from Fourth St. to Halleck St. along Washington St.

The PLHS & PLSHS bands are up at 4:00 PM at the stage in the park.

Other entertainment, including “Hi-Fi Hangover,” will run the rest of the day.
