Please tell me a little about yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve been in the restaurant business for over 30 years.<\/p>\n

When did you start?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I started in 1993.<\/p>\n

Wow.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a long time.<\/p>\n

How did you get into the restaurant business?<\/strong><\/p>\n

How did I get into it? I got into it when I first coming to the United States. I started to do dishes, wash dishes and cut chicken and all kind of stuff like that.<\/p>\n

And started doing business<\/h3>\n

What city did you come to when you came the US?<\/strong><\/p>\n

New York<\/p>\n

Nebraska?<\/strong><\/p>\n

When I come to Nebraska in 2009, I started a buffet business on 114 and Dodge. I ran the business over there for a little over five years.<\/p>\n

I came here 2008.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>I starting business 2009 China Buffet. I run it for five years and my other family take care of the business. Then I open another buffet restaurant in Lincoln on the north side. It\u2019s called Asian Buffet. I started it 2015. Almost ten years.<\/p>\n

Then I was looking for another location here in Papillion to start another buffet. I like Papillion. I live in Papillion. I’ve been looking at this area for a long time for the restaurant. Finally, I got it.<\/p>\n

What type of items will you have at the buffet?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A lot of stuff. Over 150 items:\u00a0 fried rice, noodles, chicken, pho, seafood … All different kinds.<\/p>\n

Any dim sum items?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No, dim sum takes more time to do.<\/p>\n

There’s not too much seafood here in Papillion that will be nice<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will also have a sushi station, a grill area and area for grilling steak.<\/p>\n

How many people can it fit here?<\/strong><\/p>\n

About 280. It’s going to huge.<\/p>\n

When do you think you will open?<\/strong><\/p>\n

April<\/p>\n
