The tasty chilli is $6 for adults, $4 children four and older. Children  3 and under eat for free.<\/p>\n<p>Papillion Winter Wonderland festivities begin in downtown Papillion and go from 5-9 PM. This includes, carriage rides and a bonfire. Kids can visit with Santa and live reindeer.
